The UPPER project enables marketing and management to improve customer relations and, through the implementation of the correct KPIs, to increase turnover and margins.

The software solution is divided into two modules, one for specialty leasing and one for traditional leasing management.

UPPER for specialty leasing is a web-based platform that, through a rich dashboard, enables the planning and analysis of the leasing of temporary space in galleries, with supporting graphs and statistics.

UPPER for leasing, on the other hand, is configured as an online CRM, to always keep contracts and the situation of fixed leases within one’s own shopping centres under control.

The Tenanty software, through its intuitive dashboards, allows you to boost the effectiveness of your tenants through proven ways of analysing and reporting key KPIs such as turnover, receipts, traffic and conversion rates.

This allows the tenant to stay in touch with the retailers in their shopping centres, monitor and analyse their performance in order to make their business decisions more efficient.

Graphs and statistics viewable on Tenanty, with year-on-year comparisons possible, ensure effective and accurate situation analysis.
