The totems are equipped with the exclusive Ticket Reader technology, that allow the scanning of every detail written on the inserted receipt. Microlog totems can simultaneously store valuable information about sales and automatically convert the customer’s spending in points or other prizes.
Microlog also develops loyalty systems based entirely on apps. Customers can upload their receipts themselves by taking a photo of them with their smartphone: in a matter of seconds, the software verifies the receipt’s validity by recognising the date, time, shop and amount, and automatically credits the points.
Microlog’s loyalty systems are fully customisable to meet specific requirements and can be integrated with other engagement tools, such as discount vouchers, instant win games or promotions. They are also capable of capturing and storing information such as the shop name, the amount spent, purchase dates and receipt serial numbers.
All information can be managed by the business owner via an intuitive Back Office Portal, also provided by Microlog. The portal also allows you to manage promotions and events, segment your customer base and generate statistics on fidelity card usage.
